I have been looking for a replacement car for my convertible BMW for the last 4 weeks.  I have taken the Ford Mustang and the Mazda Miata (both convertibles) for a test drive from multiple dealers.  I had a strict budget along with features of the car that I would not forego.  Even though the Mazda Miata I looked at was over my budget, the car was above and beyond what I expected.  Mr. Judd Cook was patient, informative and easily spent an hour with me (and talked to my 79 year old Dad to answer questions!) along with a test drive for as long as I wanted.  Mr. Cook stands by his cars and his reputation.  He is very much a "salt of the Earth" person.  I am glad that my tedious car search has come to such a positive ending.  I don't mean to be overly enthusiastic but I have purchased many cars over the years and it is nice to have a virtually stress free experience for a change.

I don't normally take the time to provide reviews, unless the experience has been either extremely positive or extremely negative. Prior to my experience with Judd Cook at CARS Inc, I absolutely hated car shopping. My entire encounter with Mr. Cook has been outstanding! Not only did I get the car of my dreams (a 2005 BMW Z4), I also have found the place from where I will buy all future cars. Not only did I get an exceptional value, AFTER purchasing and taking possession of the care, Mr. Cook called to let me know that in spite of the mechanical inspection I had had performed, his technician indicated that it needed new brakes. So could I please bring the car back, so he could have new brakes installed (which he paid for). Then, while they were replacing the brakes, they noticed that the rear tires were worn, so they replaced them as well (again, Mr. cook ate this cost).
